Are you or your loved one planning on downsizing? We can help.
We partner with the older adult and/or the family/executor to minimize their stress and prepare the property for what’s next. We will coordinate packing, move, unpacking, décor of new residence, staging of old property to put on market for sale, property liquidation, repair, and/or clean-up.
How It Works?!

- We conduct a thorough walk through assessment of the estate with family, executor/executrix, estate lawyer, or court assigned representative.
- We create a Master Estate Clearing Schedule for the client’s desired outcome and timelines: utility shut-off, realtor appointments, repairs to home, shipping, donation of goods,
- We create an Estate Clearing Binder: receipts, resources, daily action log, contact information, service professionals, etc.
- We arrange for certified appraisals: art, jewelry, silver, etc.
- We create a digital inventory and itemized list of items being distributed to family, benefactors, or sales.
- We tag items by a color code system that are being distributed to family, benefactors, or sales.
- We arrange for the sale of personal property (auctions).
- We arrange for trash and recycling removal.
- We make recommendations for the selection of all service professionals: movers, realtors, painters, carpenters, stagers, etc.
